Kuhnke FIO Controller 100

PLC with EtherCAT® The Kuhnke FIO Controller is a high level language programmable controller basing on X86. It is able to exchange data with other systems via industrial Ethernet and RS 232 or RS485. In addition, the module features a built-in SD card slot - for example to allow local storage of process data. An added digital interface allows realizing fastest possible reactions on specific process events. As far as mechanic properties and form factor are concerned, the Kuhnke FIO Controller 100 matches the FIO I/O modules, which can be attached directly to form a mechanically and electrically homogenous unit. As all components are designed for direct rail mounting the resulting solution is a highly versatile control system with consistent EtherCAT communication and a variety of interfaces to the outside world - the Kuhnke FIO PLC. The Kuhnke FIO Controller 100 is programmed via CoDeSys. It features 8 MB system memory and a Flash EPROM with a capacity of 8 MB to store the control software. The Kuhnke FIO Controller 100 acts like an EtherCAT master and sends EtherCAT telegrams to write output data and read input data. Doing so, the EtherCAT protocol is used all the way to each individual I/O terminal, resulting in a fully consistent and uniform communications concept.

Kuhnke FIO Controller 113

The Kuhnke FIO Controller 113 is a high level language programmable controller basing on ARM. It is able to exchange data with other systems via industrial Ethernet and RS232. In addition, a built-in SD-card slot and a USB-interface allow local storage of process data. An interrupt input allows realizing fastest possible reactions on specific process events. As far as mechanic properties and form factor are concerned, the controller matches the FIO I/O modules, which can be attached directly to form a mechanically and electrically homogenous unit. It can be easily integrated by the number of interfaces and supported systems into existing control concepts. Using an additional extender module also the control of remote EtherCAT slaves is possible.

Kuhnke FIO coupler

Kuhnke FIO is a system of I/O modules to link the process signals within an EtherCAT network. Kuhnke FIO consists of the bus coupler and various I/O modules. The Kuhnke FIO bus coupler converts the transmission physics from Twisted Pair to LVDS (E-Bus) and generates the system supply for the LVDS modules. 100 Base TX lines usual in the office world are connected on the one side and the Kuhnke FIO modules for the process signals in sequence on the other side, whereby the EtherCAT protocol is retained right down to the last I/O module. The connection of the inbound and return lines is automatically closed at the end of the modular device, so that the next EtherCAT device can be connected to the second port of the bus coupler again with a 100 base TX line.

Kuhnke FIO Counter2 5V

Kuhnke FIO is a system of I/O modules to link the process signals within an EtherCAT network. Kuhnke FIO consists of the bus coupler and various I/O modules. The Kuhnke FIO bus coupler converts the transmission physics from Twisted Pair to LVDS (E-Bus) and generates the system supply for the LVDS modules. 100 Base TX lines usual in the office world are connected on the one side and the Kuhnke FIO modules for the process signals in sequence on the other side, whereby the EtherCAT protocol is retained right down to the last I/O module. The connection of the inbound and return lines is automatically closed at the end of the modular device, so that the next EtherCAT device can be connected to the second port of the bus coupler again with a 100 base TX line.
